Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Project scope, pricing, delivery dates and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout and visual assets belong to RGNL Labs unless otherwise stated. You may not copy substantial parts of the website for commercial use without permission.
Service delivery
Software development services are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work or agreement between RGNL Labs and the client.
Liability
The website is provided on an informational basis. RGNL Labs aims to keep information accurate, but does not guarantee that all content is complete or current at all times.
Governing law
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, business arrangements are handled under the laws applicable to RGNL Labs in Serbia.
